Heinrich has extensive hands-on know-how in company building, be it by starting and managing a greenfield project – in particular, a wooden pallet factory in the Czech Republic – or by leading the Austrian technology company Schiebel during the expansion phase – where together with a great team, he built two new factories, tripled the workforce and expanded the turnover from single digit to approximately 40m in less than three years.
Heinrich holds a Master degree in Industrial Management and Manufacturing Engineering from ETH Zürich and expanded his multi-facetted technical know-how as a management consultant, startup founder, and managing director of various companies, by being inter alia responsible for Research and Development and Production. Heinrich has actively been investing in startups since 2014 with a focus on Industry and Proptech. His portfolio comprises nine startups and one successful exit so far.
