    With the symmedia Service Portal, you as a machine manufacturer can network with the installed base and offer new, innovative digital products for all aspects of the machine, as well as make targeted use of machine data. Machine operators can easily integrate the machines into digital production environments and offer attractive additional features such as smart apps or predictive maintenance. The symmedia Service Portal consists of 4 modules: Remote Service, Maintenance, Parts and Monitoring. symmedia SP/1 Remote Service is a complete remote maintenance infrastructure that enables a simple and secure connection to the machine. symmedia SP/1 Maintenance organizes maintenance based on time or condition. The Parts Module is a spare parts shop system directly at the HMI of the machine. With symmedia SP/1 Monitoring, monitoring and visualization of machine statuses is possible. The symmedia Service Portal is also regularly tested and certified by TÜViT.
