AFS oil and emulsion mist separators consist of a combination of a filtration and separation process and show low energy consumption with low maintenance costs. AFS oil and emulsion mist separators are available for an extraction volume flow of 600 – 16.000 m³/hThe modular design allows adapting the filters and separators according to the customer's specific requirements.Thanks to the efficient 5-stage pre-separation used in all AFS air purification devices, all particles > 2.0 μm are almost completely separated by our innovative Longlife separator.As post filter a HEPA H13 filter can be installed (separation efficiency 99,95% related to particles > 0,3 µm). Due to efficient pre-separation, the HEPA H13 filter can achieve a long lifetime.Depending on the application, the cooling lubricant, which has been separated, can be fed back into the process.All types of AFS purifying units are based on the same design and separation process and are each customer-specific manufactured.The following options are available (amongst others):- Volume flow monitoring- Optical filter clogging display- pipe or hose connection- silencer
