The Avanti Universal Vice offers a multitude of options for smooth clamping of round or shaped components and is a reliable solution for demanding machining tasks of the 6th side. The quick jaw exchange system guarantees for shortest set-up times and has great handling characteristics.Add-on jaws for the Avanti are available in different heights and materials. Due to its dovetail seat and the lateral clamping the add-on jaw comes without threaded bores. The large-volume body of the add-on jaw allows contours to be added on both sides of the jaw to use it for two different clamping applications. As the Makro-Grip 5-Axis Vice and the Avanti Vice use the same base body, a workpiece can be completely machined by simply exchanging the clamping jaws on the base body.
