    The SCHUNK SDH multi-jointed 3-finger gripping hand masters form-fit and force-fit gripping of an extremely wide range of objects with two fingers that can be independently oriented, and is distinguished by high flexibility in terms of shape, size and position of the objects to be gripped. A pressure detection and surface recognition is done by an optional tactile sensor system. In this way it can be determined during the gripping process whether the object has been optimally gripped.

    The SDH is suitable for use in both the field of service robotics as well as in industrial applications and for varous gripping scenarios.
