As a family-owned company, we develop lubricants for metalworking processes since more than 100 years. We are internationally present with subsidiaries in Europe, North America and Asia as well as with exclusive partners in more than 30 countries. Our headquarter is in Uetersen, located 25 kilometres from the metropolis of Hamburg. Here, we produce water-miscible coolants, cutting and grinding oils and many more industrial lubricants. Further production sites supply local markets in Asia and North America. Oemeta’s products are used in the machining production of the most important industrial areas, among which are the automotive and aerospace industry, mechanical engineering, glass and semiconductor industry as well as medical technology. TECHNOLOGY – OUR PASSIONOur coolants are used in high-end applications such as the machining of titanium and stainless steel and they meet highest requirements in reaming and deep-drilling processes. Numerous product approvals from machine manufacturers and customers provide evidence of that. Three state-of-the-art chemical laboratories, an own technical centre and the modern production facilities in Uetersen build the core of our competencies. In the development laboratory, our employees research and develop genuine new products, which are tested in the technical centre under practical conditions for their market maturity. The complete inspection and approval of incoming raw materials and products to be delivered are carried out in our production laboratory. Our innovative quality products comply with international statutory standards. Oemeta’s participation in committees ensures the topicality and practicality of major standards regarding cooling lubricants. By means of close cooperation with various renowned universities in research projects and industry working groups, we support setting the trends of tomorrow. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION – OUR MOTIVATIONIn our modern production facilities we manufacture our coolants according to certified quality and environmental standards. Short communication paths provide for rapid reactions to individual customer requirements. Every year, our analytical laboratory tests about 18,000 coolant samples. Based on detailed findings and recommendations for actions, our application technicians ensure stable machining processes at our customers.Technically skilled client advisors and service technicians support our customers on-site.
