From power clamping nuts and screws that replace their conventional versions to power clamping spindles that enable high clamping forces in face plates or claw boxes, we offer you a variety of reliable and efficient clamping devices that not only make working safer but also more comfortable. All clamping products from JAKOB Antriebstechnik are based on a sophisticated force amplification system which, depending on the series, can generate enormous clamping forces manually, hydraulically or hydromechanically.

    JAKOB Antriebstechnik has also developed an efficient protection system, the motor spindle protection MS³, for the sensitive motor spindles of machine tools. In the event of an uncontrolled axial or radial collision, it protects the sensitive components of the motor spindle, such as the spindle bearings, from serious consequences. As a rule, machining can be continued regularly after the tool has been replaced, thus avoiding high repair costs and prolonged machine downtimes.

    Finally, we offer manual and automatic (pneumatic) profile rail couplings for the fast connection and disconnection of profile rails, such as those used in press transfers. Our PKH (horizontal joining) and PKV (vertical joining) series are available for all common profile sizes.
