We are the competence center for automotive-size cylindrical gear manufacturing and e-mobility within Gleason Corporation, with locations in Studen, Bleienbach and Dietikon, Switzerland. We develop and produce gear manufacturing solutions including gear hobbing, chamfering/deburring, Power Skiving, grinding, gear honing and integrated automation.

The state-of-the-art Technology Center in Studen is the headquarters of Gleason Switzerland AG. The Studen plant is the manufacturing hub for gear hobbing, chamfering/deburring, Power Skiving and grinding machines as well as automation solutions.
Faessler Gear Honing Machines, made in Bleienbach
Home of the Faessler product line of honing machines, the plant in Bleienbach is dedicated to the development and manufacture of high-precision gear honing machines.
High-Precision Tooling for Honing Applications
The Dietikon plant is dedicated to the manufacture of Faessler tooling for gear honing applications. Faessler workholding, honing rings and dressing tools are developed and optimized in close collaboration with the Bleienbach plant.

In 1908, Mikron AG is founded in Biel, Switzerland. The company is acquired in 1994 by the Pfauter Group. With the Pfauter Group joining Gleason in 1997, Gleason-Pfauter Studen develops into a competence center for automotive gear manufacturing solutions. Combining the forces of Gleason-Pfauter Switzerland and Faessler, the newly founded Gleason Switzerland AG adds honing technology to its product portfolio.
