Additive manufacturing processes have become a key technology in the production arena, as the demand for "unlimited design freedom" in aviation, automotive, mechanical engineering, medical technology and other industries continues to grow.Compared with traditional manufacturing methods, the advantages of additive manufacturing include cost savings, since no specific tools need to be manufactured. There is also a lower rate of material consumption, greater freedom of design and the ability to create cavities and honeycomb structures in lightweight products. At EMO Hannover 2019, manufacturers of AM processes as well as manufacturers of hybrid machine tools will present their products and highlight their potential. The focus is on solutions and processes for all process topics, from geometry creation, AM systems and materials to quality assurance and production services. The Additive Manufacturing Circle is a joint booth in Hall 9, Stand H20. Experts from leading companies will be available to answer your questions at the joint booth and in the Expert Talks directly on the stand. We look forward to your visit!
