EMO Hannover 2019, 16 - 21 September
Workshop series for machine builders and plant operators
Machine and plant constructors are enthusiastic about the technical possibilities of the multiple award-winning Remote Service solution oculavis SHARE. Save travel costs, carry out fault diagnoses, support with commissioning or map spare part orders with Augmented Reality. These are only some of the possibilities. But how do companis actually turn it into a digital business model? What are end customers willing to pay for these services to a machines? How can it be used to optimize service processes? We would like to give you possible answers to these questions at a Remote Service Lab Workshop at EMO 2019. In addition to valuable expert input, we accompany you within the workshops, to create a first version of your new digital business model - a so-called Minimum Viable Service - that you can take home as an impulse for your further service roadmap.
