Equipped with a Heidenhain TNC 128 straight-cut CNC control, the FNE 40P NC is billed as a rational and economical milling solution for the processing of tools, molds, prototypes and serial production parts. A special feature of this machine is seen in the set of conventional hand wheels in all three axes, which allows manual operation of the machine, for instance in training or single part manufacturing. Machine highlights stressed by the manufacturers include the stepless feeds setting with separate infeed drives and rapid traverses of 5/4 m/min, the stepless spindle speeds up to 4,000 rpm with high torque, and the possibility of selecting the appropriate cutting parameters for modern tools. The machine can be easily operated via a central and movable panel and it is equipped with a central lubrication for guideways and ball screws.
Universal tool mill for single-part and series production
One of the special features of the FNE 40 P NC lies in the conventional hand wheels in all three axes, which also enable a manual operation of the machine, for example for training or individual parts production.
