When EMO HANNOVER 2017 reopens its gates in September, numerous companies will once again be using this platform to make an impression on the market. Among this year's particularly ambitious exhibitors is DANOBAT S.Coop., based in Elgoibar, Spain. It is joining forces with its German subsidiary Overbeck to showcase its new grinding and turning solutions and its innovative, completely redesigned developments for ultra-precise results on over 800 square meters of exhibition space. This year’s premieres in Hannover include the DANOBAT ESTARTA-650 centerless grinding machine.

With the ESTARTA-650, DANOBAT is responding to the increasing requirements for high speed in production. Its much faster cycle times are designed to help boost efficiency in the manufacturing process. As well as the approximately 30 percent increase in productivity, DANOBAT points to the further improvement in precision and the unique rigidity of the ESTARTA-650. This gives it a peripheral speed of 120 meters a second while also minimizing vibration - parameters that are vital for demanding grinding processes. The features of the ESTARTA-650 include a granite machine bed, linear motors, an innovative damping system and a driving head with additional support, which prevents overhang.
