On-site or remote process management for fluids

The BCS Basic system enables the continuous monitoring, adjusting and recording of fluid properties on-site or remotely.

The BCS Basic system from Belki can be deployed as a local system on-site or as a remote monitoring version.

According to Belki, Industry 4.0 is placing greater demands on companies, for instance in the areas of transparency, automation and networking. The Danish exhibitors specialize in filtration and separation techniques for coolant, oil and other processing fluids. The advantages of the Belki Check System Basic (BCS Basic) will be explained at EMO Hannover 2017. The system is used on centralized or regional coolant systems where process management is important and is designed for the continuous monitoring, adjusting and recording of fluid properties. There are two options, the local system for deployment on-site or the remote monitoring version. The solution automatically maintains the preset concentration level. It also stores any desired value. The stored data then enables the operator to evaluate fluid and operation parameters. As the manufacturers emphasize, a large number of different parameters can be measured and recorded by the system.
