    Multi-stage self-priming centrifugal pump

    The further development of the KSP pump series is particularly suitable for feeding filter systems and conveying coolant lubricants within the metal-cutting sector.

    Thanks to the variable modular system devised by Schmalenberger, multi-stage centrifugal pumps can now be self-priming. The KSP pump series achieves flows of 25 to 150 liters per minute and a delivery pressure up to 9 bar. According to the manufacturers, this extends the range of use in industrial applications, making it ideally suitable for supplying filter systems and pumping coolant fluids in the machining industry. The high hydraulic efficiency of the pumps is said to ensure highly efficient energy consumption. Further technical specifications include a delivery head of up to 90 m and a maximum suction head of 2 m. The pump is made of the material PPS/cast iron and reportedly conveys clean or slightly polluted liquids without air inclusions.
