Soraluce, a member of the Danobat Group and a Spanish specialist manufacturer of high-technology CNC machine tools for metalworking, claims to have pioneered many technologies that drive the machine tool sector. The company says it offers automation solutions at different levels, from a single machine with a simple pallet transfer control integrated in the CNC to a flexible multi-machine cell with workpiece and tool feeding systems and managed by an industrial PC with highly complex software. The exhibitors will be spotlighting their multitasking machines designed to achieve maximum profitability in the machining of technically complex parts, with milling and turning carried out in a single machine. Also on show will be new software called Chip Breaker, a smart solution to break long chips that eases chip removing. The system uses the drives of the machine to create an oscillation so as to produce small chips that are easier to remove. This serves to reduce machine downtime and ensure continuous production.
