The built-in lithium polymer battery reportedly allows up to six hours of continuous 3D vibration measurements. In comparison with the recorded fingerprint of the machine, the maintenance department can then detect potential defects and determine the machine condition proactively. As the exhibitors note, process engineers can use the company's visualization software to effectively optimize cutting data, increase tool life and output, and create comparative analyses. This results in maximum use of capacity and an optimal return on investment. The mobile analysis for machine condition determination and cutting data optimization serves in particular to monitor rolling bearings and linear axes (ball screw drives or guide systems). The solution is independent in machines and systems thanks to the use of WLAN technology.
