Available in the standard lengths of three and six meters, the new machine is suitable for cutting pipes or profiles up to 100 mm. As is reported, the workpiece can be simply cut to length or provided with a contour to function as a connecting piece. From a simple round hole, over square or oval holes, up to a complex recess, these geometries can reportedly be placed anywhere on the workpiece. The software included is installed on a separate PC and is said to be easy to use. A variety of standard geometries can be called up and own cutting geometries, for instance via a Step file, can also be positioned on the workpiece. A multiplication of the geometry up to the maximum length is also possible. After finishing, the software generates a cutting job via the integrated CAM interface. The system is equipped with a plasma source Hyperthem Powermax 45 (XP) as standard, although other plasma sources can also be installed. The workpiece can also be marked by the new functions of the burner. A 10.1-inch touch display is incorporated and strong, precise drives on all four axes guarantee process-safe operation.
