Autopulit has specialized in automatic and CNC machines for polishing, belt grinding, deburring and micro-finishing metal pieces. The Spanish company will be presenting its latest technology that is used for weld dressing with abrasive belt and satin finishing, integrated in high-tech installations for the machining of different parts. Examples are specified as sinks, ovens, household appliances, soap holders and toilets in stainless steel. The flexibility of such installations enables a short and repetitive series to be achieved with a configuration that allows the future incorporation of new elements. As the Spanish exhibitors maintain, the development of such equipment has allowed them to attain a surface quality of the parts that meets the requirements of, for instance, a subsequent paint finishing. A more consistent surface finish is said to be obtained by intelligently industrializing a task that previously represented a hard job for the operators when conducted manually since it involved physical fatigue in a dusty and noisy environment.
