    Product description

The “monolithic” version /M, with its self-supporting cast iron structure, has the right amount of compactness in all small/medium size upper gantry applications. No specific foundations are required. It employs the same traverse design as the /Q version, with a significant advantage in the strokes/footprint ratio. It suits the same versions of M5A and ram as /Q.

Software for production process simulation - ViMill® - The ultimate so

Being totally integrated in the Fidia numerical control, ViMill® can operate full time, covering any working condition of the machine: part program execution, manual data input, tool change cycle, measuring and alignment cycles and manual axis positioning by jog pushbutton or hand-wheel. When ViMill® ...read more

    Fidia milling heads - M5D - M5C - M5A and more

In any FIDIA's head, the A and C axes performs high dynamic continuous interpolation as well as the 3+2 positioning mode. During a full 5 axes machining, the rotative axes (A,C or both) can be stiffly clamped by means of powerful hydraulic brakes, exploiting the maximum torque of the spindle. The axes ...read more
