    Product description

    Pneumatic static blocks reach a pressure between 8 KN and 20 KN with an infeed power of 6 bar

    Stroke range of 6 and 8mm

    - Double effect actioning

    - Repeatability accuracy of 0.020 mm

    - Long guides

    - All basic components are hardened

    - Basic surfaces are ground

    - Entirely compact and fully protected against chips

    - Total lubrication system. Greasing channels within the base jaw and base body

    - The air supply for machining and lubrication can be performed from the sides or the base of the body

    - Pneumatic supply up to 9 bar
    Functioning

    Pneumatically actioned wedge clamping system: the multiplication of the pneumatic force is performed by actioning the wedges. These wedges are ground in order to give rigidity and precision to the set.
