It has come to our attention that several of our valued exhibitors have been contacted by a Mexican firm called EXPO GUIDE. This firm has been sending out order forms for catalogue entries. Despite all appearances, please be warned that these forms are NOT from Deutsche Messe and VDW! Exhibitors are also being asked to complete, confirm or update their company details by filling out an order form. They are being told this is to ensure smooth communications with exhibitors. Those who respond to this request effectively end up closing a three-year contract for the publication of their company details at an annual cost of EUR 2,171. Please note that Deutsche Messe and VDW are in no way whatsoever associated with the "EXPO GUIDE". This company is operating as a separate entity completely without any connection with Deutsche Messe and VDW, and we categorically disassociate ourselves from their business practices.

Entries in our official media can be made online via OBS, the login details for which you receive together with your stand confirmation letter. Alternatively, you can order such entries using printed forms from our "Services" manual, which will be sent to you on request. Please note that official Deutsche Messe and VDW order forms always show our full contact details (names and telephone numbers) for the person or persons in Hannover who are responsible for each particular service.
Concerning non-authorized exhibitor guides, please also refer to the PDF bulletin in the right-hand column which has been published by the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA).
