The new Venturion presetting and measuring device is fit for use in the digital factory.

The modular Pilot 3.0 measurement device software is said by Zoller to satisfy all requirements for the precise measurement and setting of any type of tool. In addition, the company's TMS Tool Management Solutions facilitate transparent tool data management, efficient storage location management and reliable communication with external systems. The Tool Assembly Assistant software function for customized, true-to-life tool assembly and seamless traceability of tool components throughout the entire production process will also be a new presentation at the show. Other newly available features include the 3D core and 3D editor for digital replications in 3D. This is seen by the exhibitors as one of the requirements for a digital factory.
