For milling titanium, Sutton Tools have developed 15 new end mill ranges.

In the assessment of Sutton Tools, milling titanium is fast becoming a major issue as demand for lightweight parts increases in all sectors including the aviation, energy, automotive, medical and oil and gas industries. To meet these demands, the Australian company is introducing fifteen new ranges of Harmony Ti machining end mills at the EMO. The tools are in carbide and SPM materials and feature a number of new geometries. In addition, a new brochure is available showing competitor comparison data that in the view of the exhibitors should serve to highlight the benefits derived from using these new products.
