The innovative CT-flex Alu XS reduces the feed forces, which results in a smaller amount of force during machining.

CT-flex Alu XS is a further innovative high-performance saw blade from the high-end Eberle carbide-tipped saw blade program. It has been specially developed for applications with manual feed and for cutting castings using manual and auto feed. According to the German exhibitors, the unique tooth geometry of the saw blade substantially facilitates contour cutting. It also produces convincing results when cutting non-ferrous metals. The novel grinding at the teeth is said to reduce feed forces, thus reducing cutting forces. The user-friendly carbide-tipped saw blade is also claimed to perfectly meet manual feed cutting requirements. A further benefit of the geometry is seen in the excellent surface quality. The special carbide-tipped quality leading to very high tool life is a further merit of the high-end saw blade highlighted by the manufacturers.
