The new services platform presented by Zayer reportedly makes it easier to use the company's machines and helps carry out an exhaustive analysis of the activity of the machine. As the company informs, the customer is able to see the operating status of the machine in real time and the production history, and he can also analyze the performance of the machine and its energy consumption. The system will be installed in the machine on exhibition, namely the Neos high-speed gantry-type machining center. The most important technological features are listed as an automatic change of heads with automatic calibration, a guided "box-in-box" with roller packs of adjustable load, machine-designed to maintain volumetric stability, and high precision without electronic corrections. Machine built of casting that absorb vibrations and are thermally more stable. The machine is reportedly structurally designed to avoid vibration during machining and thermally stable to ensure reliable accuracy under variable environmental conditions. The manufacturers further highlight the special enclosure that closes the structural parts and isolates them from changes in temperature, currents or incidence of sunlight that may reach the pavilion.
