The press brakes are equipped as standard with the CNC M25 or DA-52 optionally. The 2D graphical controllers Cybelec Touch8, M30, Cybelec Touch 12 or Delem DA56 are also available. The steel frames and pressure beams are designed for optimum strength and the entire machine body has been produced as a welding frame and then finished on a CNC travelling-column machining center. This is said to ensure maximum precision for the synchronization of the cylinders, the guides and the vertical alignment of the pressure beam to the table. The hydraulic cylinders are made of high-quality steel and precision-honed. The forged steel pistons, which are hardened, chrome-plated, precision-ground and micro-polished, have been designed to guarantee permanent, trouble-free operation. Moreover, the maximum performance and high accuracy of the machine is facilitated by synchronized hydraulic cylinders, controlled proportional valves and high-quality linear encoders. The manufacturers also highlight the automatic indexing when restarting the machine, the automatic press force adjustment, the automatic repositioning of the backstop for each step of the bending process, and the programmable maximum pressing force for tool protection.
