The Turkish company Arti Kesici Takim Ve Mak. San. Tic. manufactures carbide cutting tools, including those under the brand name Helix Tools. The manufacturers also provide customized tools and a regrinding service. The exhibitors stress their continuous development and enhancement of tool quality. An example is specified in the Inox Cut and ball nose end mills. The Inox Cut IC404 is an anti-vibration end mill reportedly using the latest engineering design and grinding capabilities. A new generation of anti-vibration tools has thus been developed for milling difficult materials such as stainless steel and high temperature alloys. The end mills are designed to provide maximum metal removal rates and achieve better surface conditions. The new coating is said to have a high hardness, giving superior protection against abrasive wear and oxidation. Thanks to these advantages, the range has a greater tool life than most other high performance tools.
